WHEELING, W.Va. -- Wheeling police are looking for a teenager who has been missing since Monday morning.According
to officials, they are looking for 16-year-old Roseanna Harbison. She
is 5 feet 4 inches tall, 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing a long
sleeve, blue Aeropostale shirt and blue jean shorts.Police say she is endangered because of her medical condition as an insulin-dependent diabetic.If you have any information, you are urged to call police.

WHEELING, W.Va. -- The teen from Wheeling who has been missing since early July is now being considered a runaway.Police
said Roseanna Harbison has a history of leaving home, and they were
concerned about the 16-year-old’s health because they said she is an
insulin-dependent diabetic.Police said they are still searching for Harbison and have been in contact with officials in other counties during the search.
