TROY DANIEL NAPIER - 19 yo - Richmond (S of Lexington) KY

Kentucky State Police are searching for a missing teenager from Williamstown.
19-year old Troy Daniel Napier's parents told police
they last heard from their son when they spoke to him by phone in
mid-July. They reported him missing on Monday.


The former Eastern Kentucky University student had been living with friend
in the Richmond area, but his parents did not have an actual address.
Napier's father told police they've tried calling their son's cell phone,
as well as sending him messages on Facebook, but can't get in touch with him.

Napier is described as a white male, blond hair, blue
eyes, wears glasses, 6'00" with a thin build. Napier drives a red 1996
Saturn with Kentucky license number 758KDL.

Anyone with knowledge of Troy Napier's whereabouts is urged to contact the Kentucky State Police at 859-623-2404.
