Authorities search for missing 15-year-old B.G. girl


Wood County authorities are looking for missing Kimberly J. Cole, 15,
of Bowling Green, right. Ms. Cole is believed to be with Luis Sierra,
Jr., 31, left.

BOWLING GREEN — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl.

Kimberly J. Cole, of Bowling Green, was last seen leaving Bowling
Green High School about 7 a.m. Monday, before her classes started.

She was wearing a black and pink shirt with blue jeans and had a black, red, and white “Betty Boop” bag.

The girl is 5 feet and 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds, with blonde and black hair and blue eyes.

Police believed her to be with Luis Sierra Jr., 31. He may be
operating a blue 1999 Dodge Durango with Ohio registration plates FEL
6107.

companion Luis Sierra Jr. They are traveling in a 1999, blue, Dodge
Durango with Ohio plates number FEL6107. They may be enroute to South
Carolina.

BOWLING GREEN — A 15-year-old Bowling Green girl who had been missing since Aug. 29 was located Thursday in Statesboro, Ga.


Kimberly J. Cole and Luis Sierra, Jr., 31, were found at a hotel about noon by the Statesboro Police Department.


The Wood County Sheriff’s Office had received information that the two were in Statesboro and contacted police there.


Mr. Sierra was taken to the Bulloch County Jail and Miss Cole was
taken to the Bulloch County Juvenile Justice Center to await extradition
to Wood County.


Miss Cole was last seen leaving Bowling Green High School about 7 a.m. Aug. 29. Police suspected she was with Mr. Sierra.
