BAILEY HOLT - 1 yo - Bowling Green OH

The 36-year-old father from Bowling Green who was at the center of
a statewide AMBER ALERT Wednesday is set to be arraigned. Sean Holt
will go before a judge this morning in Bowling Green Municipal Court.


The statewide AMBER ALERT issued late Wednesday evening was for 1-year-old Bailey Case Holt of Bowling Green. Bowling Green Police Department announced the cancellation early Thursday morning. According
to a BGPD dispatcher, Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers spotted Sean
A. Holt's silver 2005 KIA Sedona van in a Speedway gas station on State
Rt. 25 in Perrysburg. He was arrested without incident at around 11:30
p.m. and transferred to the Wood County Justice Center on charges of
domestic violence. Police said Bailey is now in the custody of her mother. Bailey,
a white 2-foot-6 toddler, was abducted by Sean Holt at around 6 p.m.
from her mother at her mother's home on South Street in Bowling Green. Sean
Holt, who has an active warrant for domestic violence, allegedly told a
Bowling Green police dispatcher that, "if I can't have her, nobody can."

Sean Holt, the 36-year-old father from Bowling Green who was at the

Levis Commons shopping center on State Rt. 25 in Perrysburg. He was arrested without incident at around 11:30 p.m. and transferred to the Wood County Justice Center. Police said Bailey, who was unharmed, was returned to the custody of her mother. Bailey was abducted by her father at around 6 p.m. from her mother at her mother's home on South Street in Bowling Green. Holt,
who had an active warrant for domestic violence, allegedly told a
Bowling Green police dispatcher that, "if I can't have her, nobody can." Holt is expected back in court Friday.
