Maxwell, Megan, and Sebastian were allegedly abducted by their father, James Bryant, on August 17, 2011. A felony warrant was issued for James on August 19, 2011. They may travel to Florida, Puerto Rico, or the Bahamas. Maxwell's nickname is Max, Megan's nickname is Meg, and Sebastian's nickname is Seb.

Warrant issued for father of missing children

BOZEMAN - An arrest warrant has been issued in Gallatin County for a father who is accused of abducting his three children.

James Ray Bryant, 44, is wanted on a felony warrant for three
counts of parenting interference. According to court documents, he did
not return his three children to their mother in Bozeman on Aug. 17. The
warrant calls for Bryant to be held on $100,000 bond.

The children are Megan Bryant, 14; Maxwell Bryant, 13; and Sebastian
Bryant, 11, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited
Children website. The website offers full descriptions and pictures of
the children. It says that Maxwell, Megan, and Sebastian were allegedly
abducted by their father on Aug. 17 and that they may travel to Florida,
Puerto Rico, or the Bahamas.
The website asks that anyone with information about their whereabouts
call the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children

or Federal Bureau of Investigation in Bozeman at 1-801-579-1400.

Three children from Belgrade will soon be reunited with their mother.
According to a press release, the Coast Guard found the three
children aboard their father's sailing vessel about 30 miles east of
Pompano Beach, Florida, on Tuesday afternoon.

The crew of a 110-foot Coast Guard Cutter, along with a boat crew
from Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale, intercepted the vessel, which
was spotted by a Customs and Border Protection aircrew.

The missing children's father, James Bryant, 44, has been wanted on a
felony warrant for three counts of parenting interference after failing
to return the children to their mother in August.

Bryant will be turned over to the Broward Sheriff's Office for
extradition. The Broward Sheriff's Office is also working with Child
Protective Services to reunite the children with their mother.
