Hinds County teen missing for three weeks

HINDS COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A Hinds County mother is seeking information on her 15-year-old son who has been missing for three weeks.



Ramzi Barnes was last seen on April 3. He could be in the Byram, Terry or Jackson areas, his mother said.

Ramzi is six feet tall, 160 pounds and has short black hair.

He was last seen wearing brown camouflage pants, a long sleeve black hoodie and black high top converse.

Doris Barnes hasn't seen her son since
April 3rd, but thanks to a social networking site, 15-year-old Ramzi
Barnes will be home soon.

Detectives found Facebook posts that
led them to find Ramzi. He had been staying with another family in
Jackson and Doris is working on arrangements to pick him up.

The
teen's teacher had told him that he was failing her class. He got mad
and ended up being suspended. His mom went picked him up from school
and when they got home Ramzi took-off.

She called his friends and started looking for him then reported him missing two days later.
