Casey Anthony: Pastor’s wife blasts her, tells her to ‘get outside your own head’

RadarOnline.com tonight said it had obtained a voicemail of a pastor’s wife lambasting Casey Anthony and warning the infamous young woman, “For once get outside your own head and think of someone else.”

RadarOnline.com says the speaker is Cindy Camp, the wife of Pastor Steve Camp, and it is widely believed that the Camps took Anthony into their church in Palm City. RadarOnline.com transcribed Cindy’s voicemail in its entirety and cited an “insider” who said the call was made in January.

What’s most fascinating is the effect that Anthony has on a religious family that was trying to help her. The Camps were evidently hurt and angry.

The highlights include Cindy blasting Jose Baez (“he is the one that gives us up”) and calling Anthony on her rudeness in hanging up on Steve Camp. Cindy also criticizes Anthony for the way she departed, saying “it would be good to know that you were just going to up and leave four days ago.”

Yet Cindy Camp ends on a gracious note: “I do love you. I want you to think seriously about what you’re doing, not just for you, but for all involved.”

Cindy’s message seems to be: Take responsibility. But history shows that Casey Anthony rarely takes responsibility.

RadarOnline.com supplied a much-discussed report last month about Casey Anthony’s theological views. That report quoted an “insider” as well, and there weren’t a lot of specifics to back up the information, but it sure did get people talking. I’ve got a hunch that “insider” is going to keep talking.
