KRISTEN WATKINS - 14 yo - Artesia/Roswell NM

A 14-year-old girl who disappeared on Sunday is now being sought by Artesia police.

Kristen N. Watkins reportedly left home with a large black bag filled
with clothing and make up along with other peronal belongings. Her
parents have reported her as a runaway. Kristen has a light
complexion, stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has
long brown hair and blue eyes. She has a piercing in her left lower lip
and two nose piercings. She was last seen at about 1 a.m.Sunday
at the Dollar General store in Artesia, where she had reportedly been
dropped off by friends. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a
black spaghetti strap shirt. Anyone who sees Kristen or has any
information on her whereabouts is asked to call Artesia police at (575)

A missing Artesia girl reported as a runaway has returned home, police reported Thursday.
Krsiten Watkins, 14, had not been seen since about 1 a.m. Sunday. Police did
not release details of her absence other than to say she returned
without injury.
