OLLIE ATWATER - 4 yo - Nashville TN

Metro Police have issued an endangered child alert for a four-year-old Nashville boy missing since July 31.



Investigators believe Ollie "Alexander" Atwater may be in the Columbia, Tenn. area or possibly en-route to
Texas or Mexico with his non-custodial mother Emily Atwater, 33, and an
unidentified Hispanic man believed to be in his mid-20s.The three are believed to be traveling in a dark blue Dodge Intrepid
with an expired New York License Plate bearing the tag number
DGX-8254.Emily Atwater did not return her son to his father after a
scheduled visitation, police said.Ollie
"Alexander" Atwater is described as a white male with sandy hair and
blue eyes. He is 3’5” tall, weighs about 40 pounds and is missing a top
front
tooth, police said.His mother is described as a white female with blond
hair and blue eyes. She is 5'8" tall and weighs about 115 pounds.

Ollie was allegedly abducted by his mother, Emily Atwater. A felony warrant is on file for the abductor. They may have traveled to Mexico. Ollie may use the alias first name Alexander. His upper front tooth is missing. Emily has a tattoo on her upper right arm.

Almost four months after she reportedly fled
the country with her non-custodial 4-year-old son, Madison resident
Emily Atwater was arrested in Mexico.
Atwater was brought back to the U.S. through Houston. She'll now return
to Nashville to face a felony charge of custodial interference.Ollie Atwater was reunited with his custodial father in Houston Thursday.According
to reports, Atwater fled with her son during her visitation time. She
was allowed to have Ollie from July 1 through July 31, and then she was
required to transfer custody back to his father at the Nashville
airport.Metro police said that Atwater, her boyfriend and Ollie were believed to have fled to Mexico.The FBI eventually entered the case and helped Mexican authorities arrest Atwater there Wednesday night.
