16-year-old Tamara Virginia Rutledge was last seen on Tuesday, January
26th around 2:20 p.m. She is a black female, 5'7", 240 lbs, with brown
eyes and black hair.

Rutledge has been diagnosed as bi-polar and
suffers with type II diabetes. Rutledge has not taken medication for
either condition. Rutledge is due to be treated for both conditions.

The Birmingham Police Department would like your help in finding a
missing teen.
Tamara Virginia Rutledge, 16, is from the West End area of Birmingham.
Rutledge is 5’7” tall, 240 lbs, brown eyes, and black hair.
Rutledge was last seen on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at approximately
2:20 p.m.
Rutledge has been diagnosed as bi-polar and suffers with type II
diabetes.
Rutledge has not taken medication for either condition.
Rutledge is due to be treated for both conditions.
