TUCSON, AZ - The Tucson Police Department Dependent Child Unit is seeking the
public's assistance in locating 2 year-old, Caelen Sewell.
On November 14, 2009, the child's biological mother Adellyn Sewell
failed to return Caelen back to her father who has sole custody.
The Tucson Police Department has recently received information that
Adellyn may have taken Caelen out of Arizona. Adellyn has friends in
Arizona and family members in California.
There is a felony warrant for Adellyn Sewell for Custodial Interference.
Adellyn is described as a White female/27 years old/5'2"/105 pounds/ brown eyes/brown or black shoulder length hair.
It is possible she has changed her appearance and is using a
different name. Caelen has brown hair and brown eyes. It is possible
that her appearance has also been changed.
Anyone with information regarding Caelen or Adellyn's whereabouts is urged to call 911 or 88-Crime.

What would you do if your child went
missing? One Tucson father has come up with a clever way to help locate
his daughter. He's posting flyers on pizza boxes on the busiest
delivery day of the year - Super Bowl Sunday.
"Everyday is hard, really hard," says Tucson father Dan Stoker.
Stoker's two year old daughter, Caelen, has been missing since
November 14th when her mother, Addelyn Sewell, allegedly failed to drop
her off after a short visitation.
Police say she's now on the run.
"We've received credible information that she maybe out of state," said Tucson Police Sgt. Carlos Valdez.
It's now been three months and Stoker is growing increasingly concerned.
"It's been horrendous, the emotional toll on myself, my family and my friends," adds Stoker.
So he took advantage of Super Bowl Sunday to spread the word about his daughter's disappearance.
He's teamed up with pizza places all over Southern Arizona to post about 15,000 flyers on boxes.
"It's the busiest day of the year so there will be a lot of boxes
going out with her picture on it," said Pizza Hut General Manger Claire
Johnson.
More than 25 companies including Pizza Hut, Dominos and Mama's have signed up to deliver the pizzas to your doorstep.
"It would be amazing if we could bring a family back together in these circumstances," adds Johnson.
Now, they're hoping someone will come forward with information on her whereabouts.
"We hope it will work, that it will draw people's attention and
someone will call with that next lead, with that next tip," said Stoker.
Little Caelen has a medical condition that requires daily attention.
Right now, police believe her mother may have taken her to
California where she reportedly has family and friends, but it's a
possibility she is here in Southern Arizona. If you have any
information call 911 or 88-crime.
In the meantime, the case has been upgraded to a criminal child
abduction which means Tucson Police have entered the information into a
national data base. If Caelen's mother crosses state lines and get's
caught, she can be arrested and brought back to Tucson.

anyone was arrested in the case. TPD says they will release more
information on this case as soon as they are able.
