"John Doe" - 8 yo - Chicago/Northwest side IL

A Northwest Side man who is a citizen of Peru has been charged with sexually
assaulting his girlfriend's 8-year-old son Thursday night while the
woman slept, prosecutors said at the man's bond court hearing Saturday.
Jorge Monteza, 34, was ordered held on $600,000 bail by Judge Donald
Panarese Jr. after being charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
In a court proffer, prosecutors said Monteza's girlfriend was awakened from sleep by crying
and screaming in the home in the Belmont
Central neighborhood, sometime between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
Thursday. She noticed Monteza wasn't in bed with her and went to her son's bedroom.
She found Monteza in the boy's room, shirtless and buttoning up his
pants, according to prosecutors. Her son was screaming that he had
attacked him, prosecutors said.
The woman took the boy to the hospital, where tests confirmed he had
been sexually assaulted, prosecutors said. When questioned by police,
Monteza admitted to touching the boy through his clothes and explained
that he was extremely intoxicated and disoriented that night and thought
that the boy was actually his girlfriend, prosecutors said.
A public defender said Monteza works as a cook. Monteza asked that
the Peruvian embassy be notified of his arrest. Monteza has one prior
misdemeanor conviction for drunk driving, prosecutors said.
