ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense wants the court to rule in their favor on four different motions in Orange County Court Tuesday afternoon.

The big motion on the table is that Anthony's attorneys want Judge Belvin Perry to force the state to give more specifics on why they are seeking the death penalty. At the last hearing, the defense said the state's answer didn't cut it.
