Police Department is looking for a missing 6-year old boy.
Early Sunday morning, the Delaware
police department activated a reverse 911 call to advise a 6-year
old boy has gone missing.
According to Delaware Police,
they are looking for 6-year old Haven Ladd who was
wearing khaki pants and a Bengals, Chad Johnson
t-shirt.

He was believed to be taken by Payne Hall who was
last seen wearing a Hollister t-shirt with a skull on the front, blue
jeans and black boots.
Authorities advise that Hall is the
boyfriend of the child's mother. The child was taken from a
babysitter's house in Marion by Hall.
Police did not issue an Amber Alert because they do not believe the
child is in danger.
Police have been in contact with Hall, but he refuses to bring the
child back.
An active search is
still underway in Delaware to locate both Hall and Ladd.
If you see anyone matching this description you are asked to contact
your local police department as soon as possible.

Haven
Ladd who was taken from a babysitter's house by his mother's boyfriend,
Payne Hall. Hall is not the child's father and it is not known at this
time why Hall took the boy.

Police were in contact with Hall, but he refused to bring the child
back. Shortly before noon, the suspect was apprehended and the boy was
found safe. Charges are pending.
