Police have located the van of a couple from Crafton that is wanted in connection
with the disappearance of a 6-year-old girl.Crafton
police have been searching for Bella Milligan since Aug 5, when they
said her mother, Amanda Mulligan, took the child without legal consent.
The mother was arrested after police said she skipped out on her
custody trial and took the child to Erie. She
was taken into custody. Now police said the child is believed to be
with the grandparents, Ladonna and William Milligan, who also do not
have legal custody of Bella.Milligan’s van was spotted on Church
Street in Carnegie Sunday afternoon, but there was still no sign of the
couple or the little girl.Bella’s father, who now has full custody,
said that he can’t rest until he finds her.“Just
watching TV and working, trying to take my mind off it, which I can’t.
Every five seconds, I can barely sleep,” said Kurt Humbert.
If you have any information that could lead authorities to Bella or her grandparents, you are asked to contact Crafton police.

A missing 6-year-old Crafton girl has been reunited with her father.

Crafton police Chief Mark Sumpter said an attorney, whom he declined
to identify, brought Bella Milligan into the police station about 2:30
p.m. yesterday. The attorney told police that the girl's grandparents,
LaDonna and William Milligan II of Crafton, met him in a parking lot in
Robinson to hand her over, Sumpter said.

Police continued to search for LaDonna Milligan, 48, and her husband, 51, Sumpter said.

"I'm so glad she's back in my arms," said Kurt Humbert, 31, of Ingram. "It's amazing."

Humbert told police that he last saw his daughter Aug. 5, when he
dropped off Bella at her mother's house in Crafton. Amanda Milligan, 28,
lives with her parents, police said. When Humbert returned, Bella and
her mother were gone, police said.

Amanda Milligan surrendered to police Thursday, Sumpter said.
Authorities charged her with interfering with the custody of a child.
She is in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail and has a
preliminary hearing scheduled for Thursday, court records show.
