At least one detective has questioned the wisdom of Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez's when he called 35 law enforcement officers for deposition all at the same time on Friday. As we all have learned the hard way, there is nothing normal about the Casey Anthony murder case or the lawyers who represent her. Usually, when either side of a murder case calls witnesses for deposition - there is a set time for that deposition to take place. That is done for the benefit of the witnesses so their time is not wasted by just sitting around and waiting for their turn to be deposed.
