Police in Brunswick have issued an alert for a missing pregnant 17-year-old girl who is believed to be in danger. Police said Kathryn Elizabeth Saffle is possibly 4 months pregnant and may be in need of medication. She was last seen on Laurel Road in Brunswick in Medina County on September 16. Investigators said they have exhausted all leads in the case and are concerned for her safety. This is not an Amber alert, but a "endangered missing child advisory." Formerly Missing Pregnant Teenager Located
BRUNSWICK HILLS, Ohio —
A spokesperson for the Brunswick Hills Police Department tells Fox 8 News that a pregnant teenager who had been missing was located Wednesday morning.

Chief Sharon McKay says that Kathryn Elizabeth Saffle called her father, who then went and picked her up. Saffle is OK.

On Tuesday, McKay sought the public's help in locating the 17-year-old who had been missing since Sept. 16. Saffle originally left home voluntarily and stopped attending school. She allegedly told friends that she planned to return in October, but had not done so until Wednesday.

BRUNSWICK -- Brunswick Police say a teen missing for almost a month has been found and is home and safe.

An endangered missing child advisory was issued for Kathryn Elizabeth Saffle, 17, a pregnant Brunswick teen when she went missing.

She was last seen in Brunswick on September 15, 2010.

There is no information on where or who she may have been with.
