Casey Anthony, Phone hearing JAC may deny

In a phone hearing yesterday, the Judge Perry gave Baez the OK to bill the state additional hours for investigation, but said that the billing should be appropriately. The Judge looked at the motion and told the defense that the JAC may not pay for some of the billings may not be covered by the JAC. Apparently the defense has the investigator doing some jobs that can be done by a paralegal. Collecting public records, attending defense meetings and requesting public records is not his job.
