Special Needs Teen Kelsy Polley Missing








DENTON, Texas - An urgent search is under way for a missing special needs Denton teenager.
Kelsy Polley was last seen and heard from on Tuesday afternoon.
"She walked out of her house around 2:40 … just before it started raining," Officer Ryan Grelle.
"She never returned home and hasn't been seen since."
Police said they are very concerned because the 15-year-old is developmentally challenged.
"She's got the mental capacity of an 11-year-old," Grelle said.
Kelsy also suffers from epileptic seizures but does not have her medication with her, Grelle said.
The teen also walks with a severe limp.
Denton police ask anyone with information on Kelsy's whereabouts to call them.

Kelsy Polley was last seen and heard from on Tuesday afternoon.
"She walked out of her house around 2:40 … just before it started raining,"
Officer Ryan Grelle. "She never returned home and hasn't been seen
since." Despite initial concern for the developmentally-challenged 15-year-old,
Denton police classified Kelsy as a runaway and suspended the search.
Grelle said Kelsy has the mental capacity of an 11-year-old. She also suffers from epileptic
seizures but does not have her medication with her. The teen also walks with a severe limp.

Kelsy Polley has been found and is home safely with her family.
