Maggie May Simmons, 3, was last seen last Wednesday.
Her father says he
dropped the child off with her mother and went to work. He was not seen
her since. The parents share joint custody and they alternate
weeks.
There's no court order saying who the little girl was supposed to
be with. A missing person's report has been filed with Waterford police.

WATERFORD TWP. — Waterford police said a missing persons report of a 3-year-old girl was a case of a civil dispute between the parents.

A report had been filed that Maggie May Simmons, 3, was last seen last Wednesday, Dec. 29, according to reports on WJBK FOX 2. Her father said he dropped the child off with her mother and went to work. He was not seen her since.

The parents share joint custody, alternating weeks. Reports indicate there is no court order indicating which parent should be with the little girl.

However, police said Monday that the child was unharmed and with her mother.
