NOPD asks for help locating missing teenager


The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Destiny Daley, 15.
Daley was last seen Jan. 3 about 8:40 p.m. leaving the Odyssey House building in the 4700 block of Washington Avenue.
Anyone with information that can help locate Destiny Daley should contact the New Orleans Police Department at 821.2222.

NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans police are asking the public’s help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl.
Destiny Daley, 15, has been missing since the evening of January 3,
2011. She was last seen by two of the Odyssey House residents leaving
the building in the 4700 block of Washington Avenue.
Daley hasn’t returned to the Odyssey House.
A family member said her mother and father are worried for her and
that they would like for her to call to let them know she is fine.
Anyone with information that can help locate Destiny Daley should contact the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222.

This story says the group home was in Nawlins, Destiny's was Baton Rouge.
HOWEVER, this may be a tactic to keep her identity hidden.

she is fine. she has been updating her status on facebook. she said she ran away. She told a friend to call her mom and let her know she is ok. She is gone on her own will.59661122 Flag this comment
