Cepeda Juwan Hicks, 16, has been missing since November
2010 and is considered to be a runaway youth.


CALIFORNIA, Md. (January 19, 2011) — Police in St. Mary's County are
seeking a 16-year-old boy who has been missing since November 2010.
The teen, Cepeda Juwan Hicks, is considered a runaway juvenile.
Hicks is African American, 5'-11" tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He goes by the nickname "CJ."
Police say Hicks has recently been observed in Ridge and Lexington Park.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the boy is
