Prosecution wants Baez held in contempt for missing judge's deadline.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry has set a hearing on whether Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez should be held in contempt of court.
The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, when several other issues in the Anthony murder case also will be handled in court.
Earlier this month, Judge Perry set a deadline of Feb. 17 for lawyers to file motions on issues related to scientific evidence in the case.
"However, the defense has not yet complied with this direction," Perry wrote in his order today. "Indeed, despite the clarity of language utilized in the order, the defense claims to be confused as to its meaning."
