Jose Baez Claims He Can’t Focus On Murder Case

Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez, filed a motion to strike the contempt of court issue which prosecutor Ashton claims Baez missed court ordered deadlines. In the motion, Jose Baez claims Mr. Ashton as being clever in an attempt to make him defend himself instead of his client, Casey Anthony.

Baez claims the contempt of court issue has caused him to ”stop focusing” on the murder case to defend himself. In the motion, Baez asks the Judge to strike the ”Frivolous Motion” for a Rule to Show Cause.
