Judge Perry issued five orders yesterday in connection with motions heard from both side in the Casey Anthony murder trial earlier in the month. The results of those orders are as follows:

* Defense’s motion to suppress statements from various individuals, including all members of the Anthony family, based on the argument they acted as “agents of the state – Denied
* State’s motion to strike the defense’s motion to exclude Dr. Hall’s expert opinion on plant and/or root growth at the remains scene – Granted
* State’s motion to strike the defense’s motion to exclude Dr. Vass’s expert opinion on elevated levels of chloroform in Casey’s trunk liner – Denied
* Defense’s motion to suppress Casey’s statements made to investigators in the early hours of the investigation into her missing daughter, Caylee, based on the argument she was not Mirandized – Denied
