ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - For a second day, Casey Anthony sat between her attorneys, listening to testimony that could affect her life. She again took notes as her attorneys and prosecutors fought back and forth over evidence.

Thursday afternoon's hearing in the murder case against Anthony focused on tests done on air samples collected from her car. It will be up for the judge to decide if the methods used are groundbreaking science, suitable to be used as evidence in trial or junk science that should be thrown out.
