Last week’s Frye hearings are scheduled to resume today at 9:00 am ET. This a continuation of last week’s hearings in which we heard examination of experts intended to testify on various forensic evidence to be used by the State. Included in last week’s testimony was an FBI expert in microscopic hair analysis concerning the “death hair” found in Casey’s trunk; Dr. Fairgrieve, who is a defense expert, and two officers who conducted searches of Casey’s Pontiac and/or the Anthonys’ backyard with their K9 partners; and Dr. Arpad Vass on the testing and his interpretation of air samples and carpet samples taken from Casey’s trunk.
