An inmate housed in a Michigan prison filed a meaningless, handwritten "motion" on behalf of Casey Anthony to drop Jose Baez as her attorney.
The paperwork from Curtis Jackson is not considered credible or a legal document. He is not a party involved in the case.
His request is what appeared on online court records late Monday for a withdrawal of "appointed counsel" in the Anthony case.
Details about that request, however, were not posted online and they only became public this morning.
