ORLANDO -- A motion to remove Casey Anthony's lead attorney from her murder case appears to be a hoax.

The court document, filed late Tuesday, asked for Jose Baez to be removed.

But that motion was actually written by a man from Michigan named Curtis Jackson.

The return address on the envelope containing the handwritten note appears to be from a Correctional Facility in Baraga, in northern Michigan.

In the note, Jackson said he wants Baez off the case, and claimed to be acting on Casey's behalf, saying she was not competent.
