Another one in need of attention, Curtis Jackson wants Jose Baez removed

Curtis Oza Jackson AKA: Gregory King & Sydney Thomas,is in his maximum correctional facility for another 10 years for: Shotgun/Rifle; Rec. Stolen Property Over $100; Unlawfully Driving Away an Automobile; Escape – Awaiting Trial for Felony; and Public Officer – Bribery. I guess when you are charged, and found guilty, that you have the right witnesses for a murderer in Florida and you also know the law.
In the infamous motion, it states Attorney Baez had not forthrightly and honestly informed defendant on the witnesses that has come forward on the defendants behalf, and has failed to investigate and formulate an appropriate defense based on these witnesses testimony. Attorney Baez was deficient in failing to present these witnesses to the defendant and deliberately suppressed information favorable to defendants case, which violated due process. This dispute lead to a destruction of communication embraced on the attorney-client relationship that would subsequently deprive defendants right to a fail trial!
