Excerpt:

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Judge Belvin Perry, who is overseeing Casey Anthony’s murder trial, issued an order Wednesday regarding the filing of motions in the case.

The order stems from a filing made late Monday by an inmate in Michigan. The inmate, Curtis Jackson, filed the motion with the Orange County Clerk of Courts asking for Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez to be removed from the case. The hand written motion is not considered a legal document.
