COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police issues a missing child alert for a 12-year-old girl who last was seen at school Tuesday afternoon.
Choela W. Sullivan, 12, is an endangered runaway, according to Columbus officers.
She last was seen at her school Tuesday afternoon.
CPD issued the alert early Wednesday afternoon.
She was wearing a gray hoodie (Old Navy is printed on the front), a black shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
She is a black female who is 5 feet 9 inches tall. She weighs about 145 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
Anyone with information on Choela's whereabouts should call Columbus police's missing person's unit at 614-645-4624.

Columbus police are asking for help in locating a 12-year-old girl missing since April 5^th.
Police issued an endangered missing child alert Friday night for 12-year-old Choela W. Sullivan.
Sullivan was last seen on April 5^th.
She did not return home from school.
Choela is described as a black female with black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighing 145 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a gray hoody with Old Navy printed on the front, blue jeans, black shirt and black shoes.

A missing child alert is canceled after a 12-year-old girl who was reported missing last week is found safe.
The endangered runaway alert was issued for 12-year-old Choela W. Sullivan after she was last seen at her school on April 5.
Police said Monday that Sullivan was found safe, but did not release information about where she was found.
