ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The case against Casey Anthony will be back in an Orange County courtroom Friday, and part of the testimony will center on the smell in her car trunk.

Casey's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, and hiding the body in her car trunk before dumping it.

That's the same trunk Casey's mother, Cindy Anthony, told deputies smelled like a dead body had been inside. But the defense said the smell came from a bag of garbage.

The attempt to have key evidence withheld from trial continues Friday with arguments about one of the most memorable moments from the case.
