Caylee Anthony case: State says ‘no, you can’t be serious’

Apparently prosecutors in the Casey Anthony trial received reports from the two new “mental health” experts the defense recently moved to have added for the mitigation phase of their strategy. (For those of you out there like me who like to have it stated simpler, that would be the “oops, she got convicted but we’re still trying to save her sorry ass” phase of the whole legal process.) According to a motion filed by the state yesterday, they “remained unimpressed”.

In fact, I think they called it “pseudopsychology” without using that specific term. That would mean the table has turned, and now the defense is being accused of junk science!
