A Sault Ste. Marie father is hoping someone may be able to help find his daughter, who claims she has gone missing early Wednesday morning.

SooNews.ca received the information from a friend of the family. The father posted the missing alert on Facebook. Sault Ste. Marie city Police have been contacted but has not issued a missing person alert on the young girl.

The father, Travis Valois wrote the following on Facebook.

This is Melody's Mom and Dad. Melody went missing from school this morning(Wednesday) at 9:30am. We know she left Alexander Henry High School with Mike Cress, aka Grave Cress. We are extremely upset, worried, and concerned for Melody's well being, as she is supposed to be taking medication that she does not have with her. If anybody knows the whereabouts of either Melody or Mike, please contact us at home at 575-3778, or by cell at 542-1830.

You could also message either her mom (Sherri Neveau) or myself (Travis Valois) on facebook if you feel more comfortable doing it that way. Your name will be kept confidential. You could also contact city police at 949-6300 to give them any information.
