16-year-old Semion (Simon) Manouvakhov

North Vancouver RCMP are asking for public assistance in finding a missing youth, 16-year-old Semion (Simon) Manouvakhov. He was last seen on the 28th of January wearing a grey hooded down jacket and maroon Adidas shoes. He is 5’7” tall, weighs 150 lbs, and has short brown hair and green eyes.

Simon left school on the 28th, before failing to show up for work. Police checks at various residences where he might have been have turned up nothing. Simon likes to attend coffee shops in North Vancouver, and may also be in Richmond. Police throughout the lower mainland are looking for him, and we’re asking for your help to find him as well.

“We’d like to get him back home,” says Cpl Peter DeVries, spokesperson for the North Vancouver RCMP. “Hopefully he’ll hear this message and get in touch with us or his parents. There are a lot of people who love him and want to be sure he’s OK.”
