WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Belvin Perry, the judge presiding over the Casey Anthony murder case, was in West Palm Beach on Wednesday, fueling speculation that the jury could be selected from the area, according to a published report.

The Palm Beach Post reported that Perry entered the downtown West Palm Beach courthouse with Palm Beach County Chief Judge Peter Blanc and some sheriff's officials.

Perry said he was just there with a friend, referring to Blanc, the newspaper reported.
