ORLANDO, Fla. -- During a hearing Friday, Judge Belvin Perry said if a jury cannot be picked at a yet-to-be-determined Florida county for Casey Anthony's trial, he will possibly begin jury selection in Orange County as a back-up.

"If we are unable to get a jury from the location that we have -- and I will entertain arguments on that next Friday -- it is my intent to begin jury selection here in Orange County," Perry said.

Jury selection is set to begin May 9 in Anthony's first-degree murder trial. The jury is expected to be selected from another county in Florida, but Perry noted Friday that Orange County could be a last resort.
