ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A hearing was held Monday morning in the Casey Anthony case. Judge Belvin Perry heard arguments in a motion filed by FOX 35 and other media outlets regarding a confidentiality agreement regarding jury selection in the murder case. Judge Perry denied the motion saying that the court had "balanced the intent of free speech and a free public." The attorney representing the groups says she will speak with them before deciding whether to appeal.
