Today Was A Better Day In Caylee’s Case & Casey’s Defense Is Really Showing Their Desperation

Today was a better day in Caylee’s case and Casey’s defense is really showing their desperation now more than ever. I was pleased with the Judge’s decisions on the defense’s desperate acts of trying to delay this trial yet again. It was completely obvious to me that that is exactly what they were trying to do. From Jose Baez’ reckless pleas to impeach Dr. Vass and have his testimony thrown out over a list of compounds he was told 3 times by 2 different Judges how to get it, and he did nothing but cry foul and conspiracy, to Dorothy Sims trying to demand the defense has a right to take the research of the FBI that is ongoing, for a fishing expedition, no less, to the defense’s latest media performance claiming that we would all be surprised at trial and that they would be able to explain in 3 minutes what the public didn’t understand for 3 years. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH……….We have heard this routine before. Jose Baez has been making ridiculous statements like that for almost 3 years now, and as memory serves me……One of his last clients, whose case he lost, he promised again and again a surprise at trial, he procrastinated and didn’t do his job, and didn’t make use of information that would have been favorable to the defense, and the guy was convicted of murder. Last I heard on his case he was going for “ineffective counsel“, not sure what came of it, and well, Casey has other clowns on her defense circus and there was too much dirty, so that dog won’t hunt for her. Especially since from Judge Strickland to Judge Perry, we have been BLESSED with the Judges doing their very best to make sure this case only gets tried ONCE, even if it meant having to appease a few things and even help make their job’s happen for them.
