George and Cindy Anthony plan to file suit and a grievance with the Florida Bar against their former attorney for talking about the family and their high-profile daughter publicly, their current lawyer said Friday.
Mark Lippman told the Orlando Sentinel that Brad Conway made "huge ethical violations" when talking about his former clients in recent days on national television.
Lippman said the Anthonys don't want Conway talking about them at all, and he also plans on sending Conway a cease-and-desist letter.
Despite their intentions, Conway came to the Anthonys' defense on Friday and denied any wrongdoing.
"Anything that I've said has been from the record — depositions, statements, et cetera," he said. "I've never revealed anything attorney-client privilege. I never would."
