600 subpoenas served in Case Against Casey Anthony

ORLANDO -- Zenaida Gonzalez, Roy Kronk, George and Cindy Anthony.

Civil process officers who work for the Orange County Sheriff's Office are ordering them and many others to be ready for the impending murder trial of Casey Anthony.

The Sheriff's Office of Judicial Process serves upwards of 300,000 subpoenas a year.

A total of 672 subpoenas have been issued to date since the first time Anthony was arrested.

This includes the other charges she faced, like the fraud charges and motions hearings.

But that number only includes the ones issued in Orange County.

Several key witnesses have received more than one.

For the upcoming murder trial, all of the in-county subpoenas have been delivered, for a total of 268. Of those, 134 served on behalf of the state, 104 on behalf of the defense.

As far as out-of-county witnesses, the prosecution and defense contact those jurisdictions on their own.
