LEXUS MILLER - 15 yo - Midway/Tallahassee FL

"Stressed,distraught unable to sleep haven't been able to eat," says missing teen's mother Lawanda Parker.
Lawanda Parker is crying out for help. She says her
daughter 15-year-old Lexus Miller ran away weeks ago. Now the mother
is turning to Midway police for help.

Officers say Lexus was last seen at this gas station
off Highway 90. They say the girl last spoke to her mother via
Facebook.
Police say the message said she
wasn't coming home because she wanted her freedom. Parker says she
thinks her daughter has been lured in by older men on the social network
site.

"We're in the process of tracking where the child may be," says Midway Chief of Police Marcus Williams.
Officers say the girl cut off all communication with
family members via facebook. And that's prompted them to hold a press
conference and post flyers, asking for the community's help.

Parker says she has a message for her daughter.

"I'm very concerned about her safety and well being and that no one is mad at her," says Parker.

Officers say Miller ran away with her 17-year-old friend Sonya Hatten. They believe the girls are in Tallahassee.

MIDWAY, Fla. - Midway police have located two missing juveniles.

Police
say Lexus Miller, 15, and Sonya Hatten, 17, were found in Tallahassee
at the corner of Capital Circle Southwest and Cascade Drive at
approximately 10:30 Thursday morning.

The girls were unharmed and are now back in the care of their mothers.
