Jury Wants To Keep Trial Moving

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The jury in the case against Casey Anthony asked Judge Belvin Perry to continue court proceedings on Memorial Day instead of taking the day off.

It appears as though the jury wants to keep the trial moving. The judge said he would consider the request and make sure that witnesses will be available for questioning.

If the witnesses are available, Perry said he may hold court on Monday. Perry is expected decide the matter on Thursday or Friday.
