Exit 13 interview- Is not Sean D. Jonathon D. or Dante but is the owner of the home called Lake Vaj as it is a party bachelor pad that Sean nicknamed located in Orlando suburb and the retention pond has not been searched. Casey never spent the night at his home. No parties where at this home in June 2008.

Last saw Caylee at the Anthony home at Caylee’s 2nd birthday. Has not seen Caylee since that one and only encounter. Caylee has not been to his house or house parties that he has witnessed. When Exit 13 attended the 2nd B-day party no other kids where in attendance just Casey friends.

Last seen Casey at a restaurant- Buffalo Wild Wings- that was playing the UFC fight on TV June 7, 2008. That is when he met TonE for the first time. He has never met Amy H. Has met Ricardo twice. Never met the Fusion group never been to Fusion. No parties at his home from June/July.

Found out that Caylee went missing by….CA bff….

Never heard the name Zany the Nanny or ZG.

Went to school with LA gf Mallory P.- (Exit 13 graduated 2002) and Casey (grad 2004)… LA called exit 13 to spread the word after exit 13 talked to Mallory. Does not know the name of LA business.

Casey did not call him around that time (June 15)-that he remembers.

Been "close" with CA since 2007 and some of his roommates were/are her best friends of CA. Have NEVER seen Casey with Caylee except at Caylee 2nd B-day party. Is pretty sure that the grandparents took care of Caylee most of the time.

LA- (does not consider LA one of his close frds-but knows who LA is) LA has not been to any of Exit 13 parties. Exit 13 spoke to LA on the phone the morning after (July 16) the police were notified that Caylee was missing. LA was crushed and beyond worried, could hear it in his voice, LA just wanted Exit 13 to start spreading the word to all CA friends to see if we knew anything. Exit 13 talked to him a 2nd time online, it was short; Exit 13 told LA if he ever needed anything, “I am there, etc. etc.” Nothing about the case.

Exit 13 believes LA along with his family and thinks the family is just stressed and fed up with the protestors and the media. CA family had nothing to do with Caylee disappearance, they all love Caylee. There is too much negative focus on Lee and the parents, and that is wrong. The stress must be unbearable in his opinion.

CA best friend is not Kristina….does not want to disclose who he believes is CA bff.
Annie is a school mate and friend of CA. CA was frds with Exit 13 friends in high school just not exit 13in school just after school in 2007 they became close friends.

LA gf Mallory has been friends with the Anthony family for years.

Chloroform- never mentioned by anybody, serious or jokingly. Nobody he knows has talked about it, or used it but anybody who has seen a movie (silence of the lambs, or any other cop/kidnapping/thriller movies), has heard about chloroform. While in the military, he used chloroform to subdue rowdy detainees and knows if you use too much or expose it to a person to much, it will kill them especially a small child. “Most of us freaked out about the decomposition in the trunk, most people don’t know what chloroform is...” Exit 13 served 4 years in the 75th Ranger Regiment.


Exit 13 believes CA did have a second group of friends that group would be the new friends she met at Fusion aka TonE group of friends. Exit 13 has never been to Fusion Night club. All the people that she befriended while working at that club fusion Exit never met them.

Does not think anybody helped Casey dispose of a body.

Caylee’s father- his take on it is speculation amongst friends; they met during spring break, had a one night stand, he went back wherever he lived and left her knocked up and he is now dead. His gut feeling is the baby daddy is dead. (ED note: conception date is Nov 2004).

As for the lie CA told Amy H. about CA parents divorcing etc giving CA their house etc—Exit 13 never heard this canard. CA did mentioned that she was looking for a new place to move to, apartments (out of her parents house)... this was in a conversation online one week (July 11?) before her arrest- (July16).

CA- Money- did believe she was employed at Universal, and worked at Fusion as manager of shot girls on Friday evenings...basically only saw CA at social gatherings such as house parties therefore money was never an issue to have or not have. Question: Did Casey seem generous with money? Buy people things? - Answer: Not at all. Does not know where Casey went to hang out at during the day- he thought she had a job at Universal.

Exit 13 computer- he will not freely turn his computer over to LE, but… conversations that had with Casey over AOL instant messenger, he sent to detectives the week after her first arrest. (That w/b the week of July 20).

Exit 13- no idea why CA called Sean, but for the time CA worked at Fusion, CA constantly hassled Sean and Exit 13 to go visit her at fusion, but they never did. CA might have texted Exit 13 and he does recall maybe a phone call from her asking them to visit her at Fusion. WHY not go to Fusion? “Honestly, we always had something better to do Friday nights, we never felt like going to some hole in the wall lounge in the middle of nowhere that poses as a sushi restaurant during the day. Lol “…


Exit 13 impressions: Casey is a normal young woman, sweet, does not do drugs, barely drinks, very attractive (when not in jail). She did not relay much about her family, but from what he met, they are respectable, good role models, intelligent. Not any type of abusive family or anything. Is a good friend to all. When he first befriended CA, it was at a Florida Gators game, there was like 15 of them there. She was a perfectly normal girl, enjoyed life, liked to party (but not excessively). She is a sweet girl and was always nice and respectful to her friends, no arguments (at least that he have seen) with any of her friends. And she genuinely loved Caylee from what he gathered at the little girl’s birthday party.

Never saw CA tattoo (Bella…7/2/08)

CA was not a known liar in his circle of friends.

Quote: I guess I once believed that maybe the death was an accident (maybe drowning etc). And she freaked out and tried to cover it up. But I just don’t know. Maybe she just flipped out. Nobody thought the Chinese man in Canada would ever be capable of flipping out and decapitating that poor kid on that bus, but bad things happen for no reason in this world.”

From what Exit 13 understands and has known about CA, she has never touched drugs…the only time he thinks he saw her drunk was at her birthday at TGIF in the beginning of 2007. When CA parties with his group CA barely drinks and no drugs.

Sean is NOT a drug dealer, pimp, or strip club owner, and he is 23..

Exit 13- memory- the only instances of disagreements over Caylee was what was told on the news after her arrest. Can’t recall specific references of CA talking about Caylee. Never talked about her family that much.

Babysitting: none of us ever babysat Caylee, but Annie has been a good friend, and he knows she loved that kid, so he is sure Annie did at one point, but as for recently (May, June, Jul), he extremely doubts it .

Exit 13- does not know where Dante lives. Does not think Dante lives at Sawgrass, Dante is a good friend of Exit 13, but he never visited Dante at his place Dante is always at his home. Annie does not live at Sawgrass. Dante relationship with Casey is a friend actually what Exit 13 said –same relationship he had with her as me…. Does not know anybody that has or is living at Sawgrass.

The kidnap story…Exit 13 is pretty sure his group of friends do not believe in it. Some believe that CA gave the kid to somebody, and CA knows who that is.

Is Casey the type of person that would sit in jail to "cover" for someone else…”NO WAY.”

If Exit 13 was going to hide a body- think swamp gator…

Nothing in CA behavior would indicate to him that CA was involved in any illegal activities especially anything that would place Caylee at harm.

Does not know Jesse G. Mark H. or Jeff H. or Tony the fired cop. Does not know Cameron. Only logs onto Facebook once a month.

LE did contact most of his group. The case has not impacted employment status for any of his group.

Did you find it strange that you and your group of friends were snubbed for TonE and a complete new circle of friends? “I mean, not ticked off, it was understandable that she had just met somebody new in her life, and was trying to focus on him. Like I mentioned earlier, it was the beginning of a relationship, so it was not surprising.”

Lauren Babysat Caylee: Dark hair with glasses not blonde.

Casey was the only close friend in the group with a child.

CAR: did not tell anyone in his group about CA car running out of gas or having a faulting gas gauge etc. Remember he did not see her since June 7.

School he graduated in 2002. Does not know why CA did not graduate in 2004. He does not think CA was a cheerleader but does think CA is smart.

Anthony family has asked THE GROUP not to talk to the media- he has not and will not….

Has not listened to the July 16 interview tapes. Never heard of CA doing E pops, does not know where that rumor started, he would not believe it.

Was Casey speaking of getting an apartment with or without Tony? Answer: Without, she said it was way too soon to move in with him….

CA cell phone: He has no memory of her phone or phones.

Exit 13 - thinks the tapes of CA calling home for the first time asking for TonE's phone number and not caring to talk to anybody else was pretty shady.

Exit 13 said “It was not that CA was over happy, or over talkative, she was just the same old Casey, no change of emotion even in June and some of July. I guess that was the part that always creeped me out the most….described Dante as a big scruffy Italian teddy bear…..Exit said he has not heard of the zanny/xanax theory.

Exit 13 is almost positive Casey hasn’t touched any kind of drug, she would be bitchy if she saw somebody smoke weed. Exit 13 said he will not be naiveté to say that at our parties people did not show up high, but be realistic, we don’t do it. But we can’t account for others.

Does not recall a person with the tattoo “KILL”

House Parties: CA usually by herself, and she never drove drunk, she never really drank. Pretty certain she usually just left by herself, and at that point of the night of a party (leaving time), not usually all coherent enough to remember who leaves with who.

Oveida House: Does not know of it- does not know that group, does not know Amy H.

Nobody ever brought food to the parties, KC never cooked for us; people drink, and then get hungry, and go to taco bell or dennys…

Stays out of the drama gossip; does not know why Lauren and KC had a falling out; does not consider KC a drama queen.

Lives a few minutes drive from the Anthony's home

Thinks the Fusion griding pictures are just "Dancing".....

KC mentioned going back to school!

Flag dress- Exit still has the bow....KC went home in clothes-after a while he said all hg got sick of their costumes....

Exit 13- Has no control of Lake Vaj myspace page- Sean D. does......

Always only had one cell phone number for KC...does not know a thing about her type of cell phone/style etc....
