ORLANDO -- "Is that Casey Anthony's attorney?"

It's a question Orlando attorney Walter Benenati has been hearing murmured on a daily basis. He happens to bear a striking resemblance to Jose Baez.

"Well, I go to court quite often and I get that -- I get kind of 'the look,'" said Benenati.

I went out and about in Orlando with Benenati's picture, asking Central Floridians if they could name that lawyer. I got the same response every single time: Jose Baez.

Benenati said he welcomes the extra attention, but doesn't really enjoy the physical comparison.
