Casey Anthony's attorney has announced he plans to file more motions today regarding her probation.

That probation was supposed to start today in Orange County, but Jose Baez said he is filing motions about the terms of that order.

He said he's also asking Judge Strickland to remove himself from case after he appeared on TV saying he was shocked by Casey's acquittal in her murder trial.
