Stephen Shaw told jurors that he analyzed hair found in Anthony's trunk and samples taken from 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's skull, which was found in a wooded area near the Anthony family home, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.
Shaw testified that he saw further evidence of decomposition on the hairs taken from the child's skull than on the hair found in Anthony's trunk.
Judge Belvin Perry ruled that a Power Point presentation of Shaw's findings could not be shown to jurors because the defense had not been shown full color images, which were clearer than the black and white images the defense had seen ahead of time.
