A Child Is Missing: This is an urgent
message from the Overton County Sheriff's Office. We are searching for a
Missing child in your area. Her name is Stephanie Cole, an 16 year old
White Female with brown hair and brown eyes, approximately 5 feet 3
inches tall, 159 Pounds. She was last seen wearing: navy blue t-shirt,
gray sweatpants and is possibly wearing eyeglasses. She was last seen
near: 1030 Standing Stone Park Hwy in HILHAM TN; Yesterday;
Wednesday June 29 2011 at 12:30PM. She may be traveling in a silver 2001 Toyota Rav 4, four door with a TN State tag, plate number: E30 007

ATHENS, Alabama -- A missing 16-year-old from Tennessee was found safe in Athens this morning, police say.
Sunday, Athens police said they were looking for Stephanie Cole, 16,
from Hilham, Tenn. Police said the girl had been missing since June 29
and believed to be in the Athens area.
After media outlets posted information and a photo of Cole Sunday,
she was located at a home in Athens, said Athens police Capt. Floyd
Johnson. Johnson said she was staying with people she'd met while in
Athens.
No additional information was released.
