Casey Anthony learns today whether she resumes her post-trial existence behind bars or is free to pick up her life on the outside after nearly three years at the Orange County Jail.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry is set to hold sentencing proceedings starting at 9 a.m. It's not clear yet whether the attorneys involved in the case will offer arguments regarding these relatively minor counts or whether any statements will be given in court.
